Today, the LIRA Network works specifically in 59 protected areas, which total 58 million hectares of protected area, including 29 indigenous lands and 30 protected areas (13 federal and 17 state protected areas). This area covers 62 municipalities in the states of Amazonas, Pará, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, and Acre.
